I worked with Sharon from Contractor Website Services to build our new website and she was fantastic to work with. She was very creative and helpful, yet let me make decisions on content, layout and design. We’ve gotten many compliments on our website, so we are quite happy. If I need a change made, I just give Sharon a call and she makes the change for me right away. It’s very reassuring to know that she is just a phone call away to assist me.I also worked with David to create landing pages several years ago to increase my online presence. I paid another company for a Google pay per click campaign. During our busy season, I cancelled my Google campaign to reduce the internet leads we were receiving – but what I didn’t expect was that my leads only decreased in half. The landing pages from Contractor Website Services were producing the other half of my internet leads.Very happy with the service and help that we receive, not to mention the expert advice!!

So, years ago this company, then know as "Every Contractor", built a website for me. The site looked great, but lacked the ability to post/ change my photos as I chose. I guess that wasn't an option back then.Oh well, onward. Next David Johnson got me to sign up for "LEADS". What a disaster. To this day I have never received any value for the money I paid his company, and God forbid I should get a refund even though he admitted in a phone call to me a few days ago that he never felt like he had provided any services for my money. He said he called to be "humanitarian" and let me know that the last bad review I posted about his company had upset him and his family. Too bad, you can't always hit homeruns, David! He went on to tell me that with a personality like mine, I'd just never be satisfied. He recorded the call so he'd be sure to review it and know what he said to me. Finally, he told me "he didn't care what I wanted to hear", not exactly sure what that means, but that was the final straw. He refused again to refund any of my money.Look out people, this company is not all sunshine and roses, the guy at the top only seems to care about his own (guilty) feelings, and not so much about how the customer is ultimately treated.They can't all be good reviews, David. You need to take the good with the bad and make the occasional refund if the process just doesn't work out well. No services, no pay. BUT YOU JUST KEPT MY MONEY TO LINE YOUR OWN GREEDY POCKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super happy with the down to earth staff and the way they take the time to explain their processes in everything they do. When I have a question, I don't just get brushed off to someone else or get a bunch of mumbo jumbo, I get a complete understanding explained to me, in detail. David is the CEO and he actually will take the time to do a screen share with me, to show me as well as explain to me verbally in a way that i can understand it! Not everyone has technical abilities. I mean, just knowing that I have the ability to call David and ask him about something I don't understand, gives me comfort. I've had other companies laugh at me as well as take advantage of my inexperience in search engine ranking and technology! CWS, David and the whole staff cares about your success, they all know what their doing and they're all good people just trying to help you understand the things you need to be successful. I have learned more than I bargained for and that is a plus because now, I have the knowledge to help with my input of my business. The best advise I can give is "JUST ASK" and by the end of your call, you WILL UNDERSTAND! Having someone that you can trust will give you the correct information and also advise you not to purchase something you don't need is pretty awesome in today's business world and economy. They're not out to just to make a sale, they inform, educate and explain their knowledge in their field and if you don't need it, they wont offer it! To me, that's honesty and integrity, a rare find! We have been with Contractor Website Services for years now, and cannot recommend them enough. They not only provide a quality website, but they have helped us on numerous other occasions. They show us our strengths and weakness, what areas we need to focus more on and even sit on hold for extended periods of time and help us try to untangle ourselves from other company's complicated grasps. They are straight shooters and don't try to baffle you with B.S. I particularly enjoy David's analogies when he explains how Google works using farm stories or some other creative way to help us wrap our mind around the way the internet works. I was very apprehensive about jumping in because they want all their money up front (of course). And they were making fantastic promises. It took a bit longer than I thought it would but they delivered. We had some problems along the way and they dedicated the resources to fix them. Highly recommend to help your SEO.
